Very strange, but of course stolen identity again and concocted a story that no one can believe.
The scammers scam for skimming information and want to make a cut by sending the ATM card. Mostly around US$600. Dozens of examples are on our site where a huge story is made from the same basic framework. There is no such UN lottery.
Therefore, do not reply, do not send documents, do not send money. Put this mail in the bin as well.
