The same version of the scam has been circulating for months in different languages. They are the same perpetrators. That doesn’t make it any better. JP Morgan Chase Bank does not write such mails. Nor do they pay for compensation from private individuals. No moon sums for scams either. The identity of the company was robbed.
Therefore: Do not reply, do not send personal documents or even pay money for “handling fees” or similar. Move the mail to the digital dustbin.
