Scammers all mixed up

Everyone knows that these connections do not exist, or cannot exist, neither the money nor the entire connections via the oh-so-benevolent authorities. Their identity was stolen to make this scam possible.

Therefore, do not reply, do not send personal documents, money for transporting the winnings and/or false notary fees, for customs of money, etc. We have come across absurd demands in the scammer letters to our readers. Just move the mail to the digital dustbin.

Dear Email Owner,

This is to inform you that we have been working towards eradicating fraud and scam Artists in the world, with the help of the Organization of African Unity (OAU), the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). We have been able to track down so many of these scam artists in various part of Africa, Asia, America and Europe, which includes (Nigeria, Russia, India, Spain, Ghana, Brazil, Benin, Mexico, to list a few.) and they are all now facing the full wrath of the law.

During the course of our investigations, we were able to recover some
money from the scam artists. The United Nations Anti-Crime Commission and The International Monetary Fund (IMF) ordered that all scam victims are to receive a sum of $1,200,000.00 (USD). (One Million, Two Hundred Thousand United States Dollars).
This Email is being directed to you because your email address was
found in one of the scam artist’s laptop files during the investigation.

will guide you through the process of getting your money delivered to
you.
