UN Fake-Antonio again
Last week, the phone number stood out in connection with a Nigerian suitcase inventor.
Now, a reader receives an email that is supposed to come from the Secretariat of the Secretary General of the United Nations, Mr Antonio Guterres. Same phone number but different programme, this time a compensation scam that we already know from years before. A pitiful story in an even more pathetic mail, something like this only comes from Nigeria. The number is bought from the internet and has been completely burnt meanwhile, also thanks to our reporting.
A few days later the compensation sank to 10 million US$ in a mal from a different scammer our readers reported. nationunitedbank2@gmail.com and wbank8913@gmail.com
Therefore: Do not reply, do not send any documents or even money for clearance fees or the like.
